We ask that all Gathering Student Ministry Dream Team members serve at least twice a month. Consistency is our Superpower! When we show up regularly in the lives of students, we build trust, establish connections, and open doors for eternity-shaping ministry moments. We understand that the magic happens not just in the grand gestures but in the day-to-day moments. We show up. By being a consistent presence, we become more than teachers or leaders—we become trusted guides on a life-long journey of faith.
