Join the Dream Team - Care Team

Do you like to help people in need? Are you a prayer warrior? Do you like to cook?

This form is for anyone interested in joining the Care Team. This team consists of people who have a passion to care for the people of the church in a crisis. This can consist of the following,
• Prayer
• Hospital Visits
• Meal Prep & Delivery
• Text/Call Follow up
